The ADOM Financial Software development team is led by Octavius Ryan, a 15 year veteran of the technology industry with 12 years of experience in the financial
industry. An experienced business analyst and developer, Octavius brings the full weight of his skills to bear on software projects.

Octavius' prior experience includes advanced analytics training from the U.S. Navy and work as a Pension Analyst for an international retirement fund. Prior to
joining the ADOM team, Octavius worked for Calamos Investments, where he held positions as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Project Manager. Since joining the
ADOM team, Octavius has worked with MAN Investments and Glenwood Capital Investments.
Octavius is proficient in several programming languages, database disciplines, and application architectures.
